Job Description: We are a growing business seeking a freelance recruiter to assist us in hiring 3-5 employees for various roles. As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting talented candidates for our open positions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a freelance recruiter or similar role

• Familiarity with recruitment tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience in recruiting for various roles and industries

  Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms

• Source and screen potential candidates, send to a landing page with questions you and our team come up with

• Utilize your network and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates

• Manage the recruitment process and communicate with our team regularly on the status of the job postings

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Recruitment Process:

• Find Candidates

• Send them to a landing page with questions to see if they are serious

• Initial zoom call

• Final zoom call with one of our trusted partners

• 2 outbound sales agents

Compensation:

Bid styled pay. You bid your price along with your qualifications and our team will review it. Please DO NOT put an hourly rate. I prefer a set rate for hiring 3 professionals, if not a weekly or per prospect price. We do not just care about price, if we really like your application but not price, we will negotiate.
